Technique Camp
JFW Technique Camp begins today at Rider University. Camp athletes are in for a great week of learning and wrestling.
If you were unable to make the Technique camp this year, there are still spots available for the JFW Intensive Challenge. Check out the JFW Camp page for more details.

Jersey Fresh Practice Cancelation – 5/13/10
Jersey Fresh Wrestling Club practice will be canceled tomorrow, Thursday, May 13, 2010, due to Rider University commencement. Practice will resume as scheduled on Tuesday, May 18.
The missed practice has been rescheduled for Tuesday, June 22, 2010.
